Review & Categorize

Use the date range filter to focus on specific periods. Sort by amount to prioritize large transactions. Assign categories to each transaction - start with income, then expenses. Check the box to ignore any transaction from calculations.

Tip: Watch your totals update in real-time as you categorize!

Explore Home Loan Scenarios

Want to see potential savings from extra payments? Select transactions you could redirect to your home loan, enter your loan details, and see illustrative calculations showing potential interest savings, time savings, and the impact of additional payments. These are estimates only - consult with your lender before making decisions.

Save Your Keyfile for Instant Categorization

Once you've categorized your transactions, click "Download Keyfile" to save all your category mappings. This keyfile remembers how you categorized each transaction type.

Next Month: When you select your new bank statement, simply click "Apply Keyfile" and select your saved keyfile first. Then drag or browse to your CSV statement - all matching transactions will be instantly categorized automatically! No more manual work - your categories are applied in seconds.
